What's it take for a tradition to be born?  Who knows, but I kind of like this one, and I think I'm going to start it.

I wrote up a little joke based on Michigan's latest state budget hijinks and found a great artist, Roy Delgado, to turn it into an original cartoon. 

Result?  The cover of the 1st annual Resch Strategies' holiday card.
